All-Russian Children's Centre «Smena» is a Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution.

Our founders are the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

«Smena» is the main vocational guidance centre, the flagship of childhood education and recreation in Russia. The main camp territory is located on the Black Sea coast, in the picturesque Sukko valley, near the resort town Anapa.

«Smena» includes six educational camps «Leader», «Profi», «Art», «ProfessiUm», «Mentor» and «Frontier». 1200 children can be accommodated at a time here, and 17000 children per year.

In June 2024 the summer military-patriotic tent camp «Frontier» will be open. In it, the children will master the initial military training.

«Smena» hosts up to 17 shifts annually that bring together children aged 11 to 17 from all regions of Russia, the CIS and foreign countries.

In summer the shifts last for 21 days, and from autumn to spring – 14 days.

60 educational programmes – both author's and partner programmes – are implemented in «Smena». They are held together with Federal and regional agencies, with the largest companies, organizations and social movements of the country.

Since 2017 the country’s only professional skills centre «the Park of the Future» is operated in«Smena», it’s created on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation.

Here children learn modern popular competencies, such as space systems engineering, pharmaceutics, multimedia journalism, industrial robotics, CAD designengineering and three dozens of others.

«Smena» has become a platform for conducting federal and regional events. They are All-Russian sports competitions, forums, festivals. For this purpose a strong sports base has been created here, as well as the infrastructure that allows to hold major creative and business events in the camp.

Experts from leading Russian industrial and business companies, cosmonauts, politicians, public figures, volunteers, Olympic champions, famous actors visit children. They share their own success stories and motivate young people todevelop themselves professionally and personally.

The territory of the State Nature Reserve «Utrish», that is located next to «Smena», is used for the implementation of the environmental programs.
